These opportunities vary depending on the category and package level.
What types of sponsorship are available?
There are general sponsorships (Main/Gold, etc.) and category-specific sponsorships. The package contents and benefits provide varying levels of visibility in event materials and on-site.
How can I apply for sponsorship?
Fill out the form in the Sponsorship Application section on our website. Following the contract and invoicing steps, a sponsor representative will be assigned to you, and the setup and implementation processes will be managed together.
How do we measure ROI (Return on Investment)?
In post-event reporting, data such as booth/area visit traffic, web and social media engagement, brand visibility inventory, and event survey results are shared. The level of detail may vary depending on the sponsorship package.
Is there an option for a speaking/panel session?
In some top-tier packages, stage rights such as a keynote speech, panel/moderator role, or session sponsorship may be included. Eligibility depends on the content schedule and package level.
How is logo usage handled in digital and printed materials?
Logos and corporate materials must be submitted according to the specified deadlines and technical requirements. A usage guide (color, clear space, minimum size) should be provided by you, while editorial approval is managed by the organization. (Standard sponsorship practice)
Can we do product placement, tasting, or sample distribution?
Yes, product placement and tasting/sample areas can be provided in suitable packages. Compliance with logistics, hygiene, and safety regulations is mandatory. Details are specified in the contract annexes.
